| Here's a short summary for those abroad. The Family Society "Kujalan Nurkan Isäntien Jälkeläiset ry" (something like " The Offspring of the Farmers at the Kujalannurkka Estate") was started in 1986, when the then master, Mr Helge Wigren published the first family study. That dated the family back to year 1641. He had made a huge effort in going through ancient papers and minutes in order to establish a continuity of our fathers. Today the society works mainly through reunions, which take place every third years, the next being held in 2012, and also via yearly member letters. Hopefully these internet pages will encourage people to participate continuously! Under the link "Historia" to the left, you will find a link to "Photos" section. Hope you can send all sorts of pictures to info[at]kujalannurkka.fi (don't forget to change the [at] to @). In the link "Kauppa" you'll find family merchandise and memorabilia.
